READY POSITION: PARALLEL READY STANCE
1. Move your right foot forward, forming a right walking stance towards Point A, while simultaneously executing a middle front punch with your right fist.
2. Bring your right foot, almost touching your left foot, and turn to face Point D. Step back into a walking stance with your right foot while facing Point D, and execute a forearm low block.
3. Move your right foot forward, forming a right walking stance towards Point D, while simultaneously executing a middle front punch with your right fist.
4. Bring your right foot, almost touching your left foot, and turn to face Point C. Step back into a walking stance with your right foot while facing Point C, and execute a forearm low block.
5. Move your right foot forward, forming a right walking stance towards Point C, while simultaneously executing a middle front punch with your right fist.
6. Bring your right foot, almost touching your left foot, and turn to face Point B. Step back into a walking stance with your right foot while facing Point B, and execute a forearm low block.
7. Move your right foot forward, forming a right walking stance towards Point B, while simultaneously executing a middle front punch with your right fist.
Now, repeat Steps 1 – 7 in the opposite direction, performing all movements with the opposite hand/leg.
END: Bring the right foot back to READY POSITION: PARALLEL READY STANCE, you should be facing Point A.
